That day of rest really did me a world of good. I feel stronger, in better shape, and have better stamina. So far my week looks like this:
Sunday:
2-25 minute work outs
Monday
2-25 minute work outs
Tuesday
rest
Wednesday
2-25 minute work outs
Thursday
2-25 minute work outs (1 down, 1 to go)
It's nice that working out gets my mind to do other things besides obsess over having another baby. I know that ultimatly losing weight and working out will make my body healthier for a baby :-) God has a plan for me and I just have to keep remembering that he will give us a baby when he decides. It's hard to put control in someone else's hands but I have to have faith and get rid of my control issues :-)
