2 workouts yesterday

So I did my 2 workouts yesterday.  25 minutes each, 300 calories burned each time.  I am SO sore this morning.  My body hurts everywhere but I have to work thru it and do another 2 workouts today.  I am hoping my coffee will kick in ASAP and I can work thru the hurt!

  1. If your body hurts, you need to rest it. That's why it hurts - to stop you from doing more. Don't injure yourself :)

  2. For some reason I am afraid if I take a day off I am not going to want to exercise again :-) I am going to make tomorrow my rest day :-)
