I have been kicking butt all week at my workouts. I think there was a glitch in my scale Tuesday morning when I weighed in because it said that I gained 5.6 pounds (the next morning I was back down to my previous week's weight so I lost 5 pounds overnight?!) so I decided to bump it up. Here is what I have done so far this week:
Tuesday:
2-20 minute workouts (burned 400 calories total)
Wednesday:
2-20 minute workouts (burned 400 calories total)
Thursday:
1-20 minute workout (200 calories burned)
1-25 minute workout (300 calories burned)
Friday:
2-25 minute workouts (600 calories burned)
I plan on doing 2 workouts tomorrow, 1 on Sunday, 2 on Monday then taking my rest day on Tuesday. I hope I can at least lose a pound or two next weigh in. I am already down 1 pant size so I am happy about that but I have a long ways to go.
