I have decided that I am going to start a fitness journal/blog to keep track of how much exercise I am doing and what I am putting into my body.
Todays workout:
25 minutes elliptical
275 calories burned
I am going to try and fit in another work out tonight after dinner with friends but we will see how that goes since I am sure Bailey will be in bed by the time I get home and the elliptical can be loud :-) Here is my workout goals for the week:
Sunday: 2-25 minute work outs
Monday 2-25 minute work outs
Tuesday 2-25 minute work outs
Wednesday 1-25 minute work out
Thursday 1-25 minute work out
Friday 2-25 minute work outs
Saturday 2-25 minute work outs
So that totals 300 minutes or 5 hours total. We will see if I can handle that much!
